Imam Ali (AS) said, Indeed only he who does not flatter you loves you, and only he who does not let you hear [his praise] praises you.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : إنَّما يُحِبُّكَ مَنْ لايَتَمَلَّقُكَ وَ يُثْني عَلَيْكَ مَنْ لايُسْمِعُكَ
