Imam Ali (AS) said, By Allah, no one hinders the security of the peaceful or takes away the rights of the people except the disbelieving infidel and the duplicitous apostate.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : وَ اللّهِ ما مَنَعَ الأمْنَ أهْلَهُ وَ أزاحَ الحقَّ عَنْ مُسْتَحِقِّهِ إلاّ كُلُّ كافِر جاحِد وَ مُنافِق مُلْحِد
