Imam Ali (AS) said, Prayer is the better of the two means of [attaining] nearness [to Allah].
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : اَلصَّلاةُ أفْضَلُ القُرْبَتَيْنِ
