Imam Ali (AS) said, One of the obligations of a person who possesses a high rank is to use it to grant the [needs of] one who seeks from him.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : مِنَ الواجِبِ عَلى ذِي الجاهِ أنْ يَبْذُلَهُ لِطالِبِهِ
