Imam Ali (AS) said, God-given success and Gods abandonment each pulls the soul towards itself, so whichever [of the two] prevails, it enters its fold.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : اَلتَّوفِيْقُ وَ الخِذْلانُ يَتَجاذِبانِ النَّفْسَ فَأيُّهُما غَلَبَ كانَتْ في حَيِّزِهِ
