Imam Ali (AS) said, Through gentleness, the souls feel at ease.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : بِلينِ الجانِبِ تَأْنَسُ النُّفُوسُ

Imam Ali (AS) said, Make your demeanour gentle for indeed whoever has a gentle demeanour, his communitys love [for him] will last.
