Imam Ali (AS) said, The tools of rhetoric are: an intelligent mind and an eloquent tongue.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : آلَةُ (آية) البَلاغةِ قَلْبٌ عَقُولٌ وَ لِسانٌ قائِلٌ
