hadith 6405
Imam Ali (AS) said, Restraining oneself from [coveting] that which people possess is chastity and high-mindedness.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : اَلكَفُّ عَمّا في أيْدِي النّاسِ عِفَّةٌ وَ كِبَرُ هِمَّة

Imam Ali (AS) said, The fruit of chastity is contentment.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : ثَمَرَةُ العِفَّةِ القَناعَةُ

Imam Ali (AS) said, Espouse chastity and contentment, for whoever does this, his burden of sustenance is lightened.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : عَلَيْكَ بِالعَفافِ وَ القُنُوعِ فَمَنْ أخَذَ بِهِ خَفَّتْ عَلَيْهِ المُؤَنُ

Imam Ali (AS) said, Whoever is granted chastity and contentment, honour becomes his ally.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : مَنْ أُتْحِفَ العِفَّةَ وَ القَناعَةَ حالَفَهُ العِزُّ

Imam Ali (AS) said, Verily Allah, the Glorified, loves the one who is chaste, modest, pious and satisfied [with His will].
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : إنَّ اللّهَ سُبْحانَهُ يُحِبُّ المُتَعَفِّفَ الحَيِيَّ التَّقِيَّ الرَّاضِيَ
